Investors of Avant Serviced Suites will have to sign a 3 to 5 years management contract.
Avant Serviced Suites is operated on a short term lease basis. Rental returns will be pooled, deducted for operating and maintenance cost, before distribution to all unit owners. All owners will have a share of the returns, regardless whether the unit is leased out.
For existing unit owners who wish to join the Avant Serviced Suites, a furnishing package is required to achieve the same furnishing look and feel.
